Refund policy

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

We accept order cancellations for a full refund any time before your order has shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at bsntlabs@gmail.com.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns (After Shipping)

Due to shipping regulations on alcohol-based fragrances, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped.

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept opened, used, or shipped fragrance products for return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, leaking, or broken

  • You receive the wrong item

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email bsntlabs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Fragrance products that have shipped

  • Opened or used items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order due to damage or error on our part, we will resolve it with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
